Planting Instructions: Plant in early spring in a sunny location. They grow in average soil and a small area can provide a nice yield. Water weekly through warm summer weather but do not over water. Choose a location in full sun with sandy or loamy soil. 1. Till the soil to a depth of 10–12". 2. Place one seed potato into the tilled dirt 4–6" deep. Then, cover with soil.3. Cover with additional soil as the plants develop. Always be certain the surface tubers are covered with soil. 4. Water potatoes thoroughly. When planting and in the fall, mix garden compost into the soil.
