Shallots

Shallots are easy to grow and make a delicious addition to your garden! They are often thought to be another variety of onions, but they are their own species. Shallots have a mild taste that combines the flavor of a sweet onion with a touch of garlic. They are delicious in sauces, added to quiche, or used in salads!
