Astilbe White

Astilbe White has foamy, ivory white arching plumes with vivid green, semi-glossy foliage. The tall, fluffy Astilbe plumes rise above a mound of fern-like foliage and turn to a creamy-yellow as they fade over a long season. This perennial thrives in moist, shady locations and is popular for border plantings or alongside water areas. Very pretty with small to medium size gold-leafed hostas like Gold Standard. This is thought to be one of the best Astilbes around. Plant in groups for maximum impact.
